This is a great spiritual practice to help you enhance your well-being, enrich yourself spiritually, and build a sense of internal locus of control over your life! Here’s how it works:
- Grab your journal (or create one for this practice).
- Sit in our favorite meditative state, focusing on visualizing what you desire your life to be like one year, five years, and even ten years from now. Visualize a future where everything has turned out the way you want it to be. Make your visualization as vivid as possible.
- As you come out of your meditative visualization, journal your thoughts, expectations, and any ideas that flow to you. Ask yourself what you can do right now as a simple step toward creating your visualization. End with a time of gratitude.
