Spiritual Practice: Going Deeper
This spiritual practice helps you recognize beliefs you may be holding in your sub-conscious that are limiting your spiritual growth and enrichment.
Identify an issue you are dealing with that is frustrating or difficult (i.e., financial lack; job-related issues; relationship issues; health challenges; etc.).
Spend time in meditation to reflect on the situation, with the following question in your awareness:
What beliefs do I have related to this issue?
Journal the thoughts that arise, identifying beliefs from your past that are emerging from your subconscious. This allows you to then use your conscious mind to reprogram those thoughts. You are also empowering new beliefs that are more in alignment with Truth.
