Invitation to the Spiritual Café-Durham Experience, Sunday, June 17th
The “Be-Attitudes” — Revisited
Join us as we revisit the Beatitudes Jesus shared during his popular Sermon on the Mount, when we will reinterpret them from a MetaSpiritual Perspective, providing practical and immediate application to our spiritual enrichment and life experience in today’s confusing world! It’s all happening at our Global Center for Spiritual Awakening’s Spiritual Café-Durham Experience, from 10:30 to 12 noon on Sunday, on June 17, 2018 at our Durham headquarters (1405 Autumn Ridge Drive – our house).
The Beatitudes, found in Matthew 5:3-11, echo the teachings of the Christ as Jesus (Yeshua ben Yosef) on unconditional love, mercy, spirituality, nonresistance, and compassion. In his Sermon on the Mount, he elevated the Beatitudes to the status of his central teachings. Unfortunately, their Aramaic meanings have been changed (misinterpreted) by Biblical scribes through the centuries, which has handcuffed their true meaning and diluted the impact of any higher truths that they represent.
We believe in the dynamic power of esoteric thought, and in the transforming power of Truth. And the truth is the power of the Beatitudes, MetaSpiritually interpreted, can literally change your life, making the time you devote to this practice an awesome and enriching experience.
You can be assured that what we’ll present on Sunday isn’t the normal ‘literalbot’ treatment of the Beatitudes, because we’re not only 21st century-groomed Unity ministers, but serious metaphysicians in search of the Truth.
Get ready to join in an exciting discussion, as we invite you to share your perspectives of our thought-provoking interpretations and cutting edge insights that uncover the hidden truths buried in the Beatitudes.
And there’s a bonus! We plan to share our Spiritual V-8 Technique that guarantees your continued spiritual growth!
By the way, our name for the Beatitudes is simply the ‘Be Attitudes.’ We hope you’ll enjoy our ‘Be Attitude Romp’ and see their enlightened version as one of your recurring spiritual practices. People have told us that they’ve gained new insights each time they’ve revisited our interpretation of the traditional Beatitudes and we’re humbled by that, because we take our spiritual calling seriously.
We hope you’ll join us for a highly informative, enlightening, enriching discussion this Sunday, June 17 at our Durham GCSA Headquarters. Bring a snack if you want – we’ll supply the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, and cold drinks – and plenty of ‘soul food’ for discussion! And we’ll continue the discussion with those who want to join us for a Dutch-treat lunch following the Café (location to be decided by those who want to join in the fun)!
