Welcome to Part 13 of our series focusing on Quantum Wellness: How to use the understandings, science, and methodologies of Quantum Healing to produce radiant Wholeness and Health! (Each session builds on past sessions; however, each can also stand alone, so feel free to join in at any time during the series.)

This Sunday, it's time to get active! We'll share some powerful modalities/methodologies that have a proven track record of promoting Quantum Wellness. We'll include a handout with easy chair-yoga poses designed to activate/align/strengthen each of the Chakras, plus other strategies that connect you with your 'Quantum Wellness You!'

Plus, we want to hear about your experiences since our last session, as you worked on activating and balancing the Chakras we've been discussing.
