5-Day Challenge: Get Out of the Cul de Sac and Get Results

This is a really easy challenge that will reap huge results! Well -- let's rephrase that statement! The process is easy! Doing it takes some personal discipline! But we promise ( and we don't make promises we can't keep) -- if you take this challenge seriously and do it for 5 days in a row, you will begin to see results! And if you continue it for another 5 days, and then another 5 days -- before you know it, you will have a new practice going that will dramatically change your experience!
Here's the 5-day Challenge!

Every day for 5 days in a row:

  • Start the day by CHOOSING a positive emotion you want to experience for the day!
  • Sit quietly and reflect on gratitude for at least 15 minutes.
  • Set one specific way to create a connection with another person during the day.
  • Experience a 5-minute Laughing Meditation
  • End the day by journaling: 2 things you like about yourself and 3 things that made you happy during the day. (And each day you must list something different! No repeating!
