We've been noticing that people are much better at being kind to others than they are to being kind to themselves! Most of us have no idea how amazing, incredible, and extraordinary we are! And we're really good at beating ourselves up when we go through a difficult time.
In this session, we are going to celebrate who you are ... and share some ways you can recognize your highest and best qualities. We talk a lot about selfcare (and Self care!) ... but we realize it is a lot easier to talk about than to actually practice!
