PEMS Check-in: Life in skin School

Welcome to Skin School!

You didn't come here to become perfect. You came here to experience being human -- and to be YOU at your highest, most elevated Cosmic level! It seems Skin School has a rather unusual curriculum. There are no final exams and apparently the administration keeps changing the syllabus without notifying us!

Our job isn't to get everything "right." Our job is to bring powerful meaning and understanding to what we are experiencing -- so we can show up at our highest and best, regardless of the situation.

Which brings us to our PEMS Check-In. WE'VE INTRODUCED THE PEMS CONCEPT BEFORE -- WE WANT TO REINFORCE IT AS A VALUABLE TOOL FOR EVERYDAY LIVING!

Using the concept of curriculum, PEMS represents the four departments of Skin School:

• Body Department: What's happening in my Physical experience?
• Feeling Department: What's happening in my Emotional experience?
• Thinking Department: What's happening in my Mental experience?
• Soul Department: What's happening in my Spiritual experience
