Here's the 5-day Challenge!

Every day for 5 days in a row:

  • Start the day by CHOOSING a positive emotion you want to experience for the day!
  • Sit quietly and reflect on gratitude for at least 15 minutes.
  • Set one specific way to create a connection with another person during the day.
  • Experience a 5-minute Laughing Meditation
  • End the day by journaling: 2 things you like about yourself and 3 things that made you happy during the day. (And each day you must list something different! No repeating!
