Forgiveness: Self & Others: Overview

This is Part 1 of our Special Series diving into the important topic of Forgiveness: Self and Others. Understanding what forgiveness really is, what it means, how it works, and how to use it in your life are all critical to your success in "Mastering the Art of Living MetaSpiritually!"

In Part 1, we introduce the topic, beginning with a special Forgiveness Meditation that generated lots of personal insights and discussion. Following the discussion of the meditation, we introduce the topic, share our MetaSpiritual Definition, and begin our exploration of questions and experiences related to forgiveness. In future sessions, we will dive into specific types of forgiveness practices, tips and techniques to use, and the science behind forgiveness.
