Ask yourself the four W's: Where are you when you're not yourself? Who are you when you're not yourself? What are you when you're not yourself? When are you when you're not yourself?

According to the best minds in neuroscience, there are no neuro-receptors that distinguish gradations of gray. Spiritually speaking, we must come to realize that there is no gray area when it comes to accepting our Divine Nature.

If you feel you are disconnected from your Extraordinary Nature (Divine Nature, Higher Spiritual Nature), you may want to apply the SIFI Test. Ask yourself these questions:

S = Spiritual Practice. (Am I making time for it on a regular basis?)
I = Inner Voice (Does my self-talk need to be edited?)
F = Forgiveness (Is there forgiveness work to be done?)
I = Inner Peace (Am I allowing myself to breathe easily and be present to the now moment?)
